A million, million random events have conspired to bring me where I am today.

My name is David Jose. I hardly ever tell anyone what my middle name is. I've got more nicknames than any one person could possibly need. I am more commonly reffered to as DJ, Long-Haired-Freak, Nytmare, Darwin, or YoKo.

I was born in Princeton, New Jersey on November 15th, 1974. That makes me 25 and a little bit. If you believe in astrology that'd make me a Scorpio. I grew up just outside of Trenton, in a little town called Hamilton. My home was built on top of an old golf course.

My father is an electrical engineer for what was once RCA. My mother is a teacher/politician. This means that instead of playing with GI Joes, I grew up wiring parallel circuits and solving diff eq's at democratic club meetings. I caught Santa Claus when I was 11 with an alarm I built out of stuff from my Dad's workshop.

I was fairly unpopular through grade school. I liked to read. I didn't play little league. The bullies always seemed to find me when they were in need of asserting themselves in the food chain. Somehow I managed to survive. I was an above average student, although I rarely did my homework. My intrests lay in art, music, and theatre. Thankfully the only things the school system I was in managed to get right.

I made it into college solely on my SAT scores. I went to the University of Pittsburgh where I chose a triple major in studio arts, theatre, and film. Originally I had wanted to be a special effects artist. I waded through a year and a half before deciding to drop out and become rich and famous.
